In the spring semester, this class will be open to new students of the current EMMA algebra classes.
Text / Materials Required
Class Description
This is a supplemental class offered for EMMA algebra students only. It is designed to allow the student to receive homework help, prepare for quizzes and tests, practice problems, and review theory. The student can work on homework in class or can come prepared to ask specific questions after having completed the homework at home. The mentor can also grade the weekly assigned problem sets if the parent desires. Students should be prepared to work independently during the hour as the mentor circulates through the room assisting individual students with their needs.
