Class Description
This is a continuation of French 1. I plan to finish out the text book from French 1 and fill in with other classes and activities as time permits. This class is for high-schoolers and parents interested in learning the basics of this language.
Prerequisite: French 1 at EMMA or equivalent skills (Testing to apply can be made available)
Textbook: C’est à Toi EMC1 Second Edition (Fawbush, Theisen, Hope, Vaillancourt) – Make sure you do NOT get the workbook edition!!
Emphasis: The emphasis in this class will be on reading, comprehension, and basic conversation
Extra Requirements: Commitment to work on this language 4-5 days a week.
Extra Information: Learning a language is hard work, it is very different from other subjects as it requires new skills and pronunciation that originally feel unnatural. I am available if questions or extra help is needed.
