Mentor will provide all materials, including buckets, sticks and music so that our sounds will be consistent.
Class Description
HS Bucket Drumming will help students learn to read and write a wide variety of rhythms, develop sticking technique, and perform fun and challenging percussion ensemble music. Students will develop drumming technique, music reading skills and keeping a steady beat through playing five-gallon buckets and other auxiliary percussion instruments. This class will spend time on reading and counting written music, playing by ear, and composing original music.
