Class Description
By the time the student leaves this class, they will know well over 1,000 signs in ASL, know the rules of ASL grammar, and be able to converse in ASL. We will have fun, and play plenty of games, as well. This class will equal one high school foreign language credit. 2 years of ASL (Beginning and Intermediate or discuss with the mentor) is the prerequisite for this class. No textbook is needed, as we will use mentor-created handouts, supplemented by websites. The grade levels for this class will be strictly adhered to. This is a year-long class.
No new students in the spring semester.
