Required Text: BJU Fundamentals of Literature (1st or 2nd edition ONLY)
Class Description
One goal of this class is to teach valuable writing skills that will serve throughout high school and beyond. We will go step-by-step through the academic writing process, working on a variety of writing exercises and essays. There will be a mixture of creative and reflective writing as well.
The other goal is to read great literature while exploring literary elements and literature dissection. Our main text contains a comprehensive cross-section of literary works and concepts.
