EMMA

This class will have the students apply manipulative skills in drills, activities, and games. Students will develop an understanding of basic offensive & defensive tactics and strategies. This class will range from moderate to vigorous activity and will provide an opportunity to work on cardiovascular fitness & muscular endurance. As with any PE class, students will put into practice good sportsmanship & team building skills.
