That definition sums up perfectly what we will be doing this semester.

I have a background in professional boxing and 15 years ofpersonal training and 10+ years running summer campsand outdoor excursions.

Each class I try and present opportunities for 2 things:

leadership and problem solving. Games are fun but the ability to lead and think and to execute is a skill that willfollow these kids everywhere they go in life.

Class breakdown:

Overall Learning how to build a full-body workoutroutine no matter what you have available to use.

-First 15 min warmup

-5 min introduction to the workout

-20-30 workout (difficulty will be based on the individual student)

-15 min cooldown

Games will be incorporated throughout the semester to break up the routine
