Class Description
This is a straightforward class with a strong emphasis on the basics of grammar. Topics covered include parts of speech, punctuation, capitalization, sentence construction, and reference skills. A new spelling and vocabulary list will be part of every assignment. Class time will consist of quizzes, application, and enrichment.
*This class may be taken for two years as different curricula (with differing approaches and emphases) are used.
