Class Description

This class is primarily for students who have had little or no exposure to Spanish. The main focus of the class is correct pronunciation of Spanish words. Writing Spanish words & short phrases on index cards & taking them home to study will be the main homework with handouts going out periodically. Puppets will be used to enhance learning.


We will have a fun Spanish Fiesta on the last day, each semester, with Spanish food & drinks.


This class will continue into the 2nd Spring semester with learning new Spanish words & phrases. Index cards with new words & handouts will continue to be regular homework.


There will be a $5 materials fee for each semester to cover the cost of printing the handouts & other class needs.
